Just a few things to note based on your appointment, purchases and our communications.

  • We understand things happen, but we do require a credit card for all booked appointments. By providing your credit card number, you agree to our Cancelation Policy and will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked if you don’t show up for or cancel (including rescheduling) your appointment with less than 24 hours notice.

    Our priority is your end result — if something isn’t exactly what you envisioned, we’d like to know within 7 days of your original service. We are happy to find a time to get you in with your original service provider to modify what’s within reason and discussed in your original consultation. Anything beyond 7 days or booked with a different service provider will be booked and charged as a new service.

    We believe in full transparency, so if something isn’t right, please let us know at the end of your service once your hair is styled or by emailing info@ateliermadison.com.

    Service pricing is baseline, and is subject to change based on the amount of product used, technique and desired end result.

    If you’re late for your appointment, we will likely either need to reschedule or modify based on what was booked, the timing we have or the service not including a full blowout and style.

    For clients who have no showed or canceled after our 24 hour window more than 5 times, we will charge the full amount of the services booked.

  • Products purchased at Atelier are eligible for return within 7 days of purchase if unused and in their original packaging.

  • We respect your privacy. Should you decide to opt out of our e-mails, please select ‘unsubscribe’ when receiving them. The information received from your online profile will not be shared with anyone but our admin, and is protected within our website and booking system.

    When entering your personal information, you consent to any text and email notifications about appointments booked, as well as communication from Atelier regarding your visits. If you have questions about how to opt-out of SMS correspondence, please simply reply ‘STOP’ within the text stream to do so. For all SMS communication, standard messaging rates may apply.
